
The maintenance of Kin’s equipment and machinery is provided by qualified personnel during and post warranty.
A. The warranty period is 12 months after commissioning, if regular maintenance is ensured and if the equipment is operated according with the exploitation instructions.
B. Warranty does not extend to accessories, consumables and brittle subassemblies of the equipment.
C. No unauthorized interventions are carried during the warranty period.
1. Damage resulting from failure to observe the exploitation instructions, such as:
Damage resulting from the failure to regularly service the equipment (defrosting the evaporator, cleaning the condenser of dust and other impurities, operating temperature control, resetting protection devices);
Damage resulting from failure to provide climatic conditions according SR EN ISO 23953-2 standard (ambient temperature + 250C, relative humidity 60%);
Damage due to use by unauthorized and untrained personnel;
2. Damage due to voltage or frequency oscillations outside the limits of ±5%, or to power protection failure according to law;
3. Equipment damage due to fire, flood or other exceptional cases.
