Production of cold water or glycol water mixture used in centralized air conditioning systems.
They are used to produce cold water or glycol water mixture used in central air conditioning systems in buildings or for industrial process cooling process (food industry, chemical industry, IT industry, pharmaceutical industry, metallurgical industry, plastics industry, etc.).
They comprise of refrigeration compressors (hermetic or semi-hermetic), the condenser (air or water cooled), control and safety equipment, refrigeration circuits, heat exchanger and are several types:
a) stationary: - they don't have circulation pump or intermediate agent tank. They require being connected by pipes to a pump and they have separate tank for operation.
b) portable: - refers to the standard configuration and don't have the mobility of the system. The term refers to a cooling system which contains the necessary items (refrigeration circuit, tank and pump or group of pumps) mounted in one unit.
c) central: - they can simultaneously cool more processes and spaces. They are mounted in intermediate spaces (those that are water-cooled) or outside (those that are air-cooled).
